Terms of Use

1. There are no accounts

You cannot sign up or log in, and there are no comments, messages, or profiles to follow. The private author link you receive when you submit is the only proof that a card is yours. Keep it. We store only a hash of it, so we cannot look it up or reissue it — if you lose the link, you lose the ability to delete that card or change the Instagram handle shown on it. You can still ask us to remove it; see section 5.

2. What you may submit

Submit only your own everyday life. In particular:

• Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, and do not upload photos you did not take or do not have the right to publish.
• No advertising, sponsored, or paid content. Seoulsaram does not accept sponsored cards from contributors. Naming a brand or a shop you actually used is fine; being paid to name it is not.
• No links. Text fields are for describing the item, the meal, or the room. Links in submitted text are rejected.
• Nothing illegal, hateful, sexual, or targeted at a private individual.

3. Rights you keep, and rights you grant

You keep ownership of your photos and your words. When you submit, you confirm that you hold the necessary copyright and portrait rights — that the photos are yours to publish and that anyone recognisable in them agrees — and you agree that Seoulsaram may translate your text into English and other languages and turn it into a card image.

You also grant Seoulsaram and viewers of the site the right to redistribute the card image on social platforms — that is what the card is for. This right covers the card image and the page it links to, is worldwide and free of charge, and lasts while the card is published. It does not transfer ownership of your photos, and it does not let anyone sell your work.

4. Photos of you posted by someone else

If a photo of you was published here without your permission, email hello@seoulsaram.co and we will remove it. You do not need an author link to ask.

5. Deleting a card

• With your author link — open it and delete the card yourself. It disappears from the site immediately.
• Without it — email hello@seoulsaram.co, describing the card so we remove the right one. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Card images that were already shared or saved elsewhere on the internet are outside our control, and deleting a card here cannot pull them back.

6. Moderation

We may hide or remove any card that breaks these terms, and we may block submissions that look like spam. There is no appeal process — this is a small archive run by one person. If you think something was hidden by mistake, email us.

7. No warranty

Seoulsaram is provided as it is, for free. We do not guarantee that the site, any card, or any translation will be available, accurate, or permanent, and we are not responsible for what other people submit or for anything you find through links that leave this site. Translations are produced automatically and may be wrong.

8. Changes

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page.

9. Governing law and contact

• 삭제: 작성자 링크로 직접 삭제하거나, hello@seoulsaram.co 로 요청하시면 24시간 이내 처리합니다. 본인이 찍힌 사진의 삭제는 작성자 링크 없이도 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 보증하지 않습니다. 무료로 제공되는 서비스이며 사이트·카드·번역의 지속성이나 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. 번역은 자동 생성이라 틀릴 수 있습니다. 준거법은 대한민국 법입니다.
